Joseph Barglowski is a filmmaker, director, and editor based in Brooklyn, NY. His work rides a line between fiction and documentary, often focusing on locations and landscapes that speak louder than the characters. His films EXIT 9, Intimate Views, and Vermont make up a trilogy of shorts that study a specific destination as it relates to characters’ romantic isolation. He has been programmed at festivals and organizations such as Criterion, IndieLisboa, L’Œil d’Oodaaq, Spectacle Theater, and NoBudge.
